By purchasing, downloading, or using ThemeKaddora – WordPress Theme, you agree to the following Premium Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the product.

1. Product License

ThemeKaddora is a premium WordPress theme distributed under the licensing terms of the respective marketplace .(ThemeForest or TemplateMonster).

• The theme is licensed for use on one website per license, unless otherwise stated by the marketplace.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the theme files in any form.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Kaddora Tech.

2. Usage Rights

You are permitted to:

• Use ThemeKaddora for personal or commercial websites
• Customize the theme to suit your needs
• Install the theme on the licensed domain(s)
• You are not permitted to:
• Repackage or resell the theme as your own product
• Distribute the theme for free or commercially

Use the theme in any product competing with ThemeKaddora

3. Updates & Compatibility

Premium users receive theme updates as long as the license remains valid.

Updates may include bug fixes, performance improvements, security patches, and new features.

Compatibility with the latest WordPress versions is maintained where reasonably possible, but immediate compatibility is not guaranteed.

4. Support Services

Premium support includes:

• Assistance with theme installation
• Guidance on theme features and options
• Bug reporting related to the theme itself
• Support does not include:
• Custom development or design changes
• Third-party plugin issues
• Hosting or server configuration
• Issues caused by unauthorized modifications

Support availability and duration are governed by the marketplace policy.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the marketplace (ThemeKaddora).

Refunds are generally not provided if:

• The theme has been downloaded and used
• Issues are related to third-party plugins or hosting
• The product meets its described functionality

6. Third-Party Plugins & Services

• ThemeKaddora may recommend or support integration with third-party plugins or services.
• Kaddora Tech is not responsible for third-party software.
• Licensing, updates, and support for third-party tools are handled by their respective authors.

Any issues arising from third-party integrations are outside the scope of ThemeKaddora’s responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included in ThemeKaddora (design, layout, code structure, branding) is the intellectual property of Kaddora Tech.

• Demo images and fonts may be used for preview purposes only
• Demo content may require replacement before use on live websites

8. Limitation of Liability

• ThemeKaddora is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
• ThemeKaddora Tech shall not be liable for:
• Data loss
• Website downtime
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

Users are responsible for maintaining backups and ensuring secure hosting.

9. GDPR & Privacy

ThemeKaddora is GDPR-ready but does not collect personal data by default. GDPR compliance depends on the website owner’s configuration and use of plugins or services.

10. Termination

Violation of these terms may result in:

• License termination
• Denial of support
• Legal action in cases of misuse or redistribution

11. Changes to Terms

Kaddora Tech reserves the right to update these Premium Terms at any time. Continued use of the theme after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
