License Terms

These License Terms define how  WordPress Theme may be used after purchase or download through ThemeKaddora . By using ThemeKaddora, you agree to these terms and the applicable marketplace license agreements.

1. License Grant

When you purchase on ThemeKaddora, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme in accordance with the license type provided by the marketplace.

The license allows you to install and use the theme on the number of websites permitted by your selected license.

2. License Types

License types are defined by the marketplace and may include:

• Regular / Single-Site License
  Allows use on one end product (one website or domain).
• Extended / Multi-Site License
  Allows use on multiple websites or client projects, where permitted.

The exact scope of use depends on the license purchased from ThemeKaddora.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use ThemeKaddora products  for personal or commercial websites
• Customize the theme for your own or client projects

Use the theme for a single end product per license

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the theme
• Share theme files publicly or privately
• Use ThemeKaddora as part of a competing product

Claim ownership of the theme’s original design or code

5. Client & Commercial Use

You may use ThemeKaddora to build websites for clients, provided:

• Each project uses a valid license
• The theme is not redistributed as a standalone product
• Clients do not receive theme files separately unless licensed

6. Updates & Support

License holders receive updates and support as defined by the marketplace

• Updates may include bug fixes, improvements, and compatibility updates
• Support does not include custom development or third-party plugin issues

7. Third-Party Assets

ThemeKaddora may include third-party assets (fonts, plugins, images) used for demo purposes.

• These assets may have separate licenses
• Demo images are for preview only and should be replaced on live sites

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in ThemeKaddora remain with Kaddora Tech.

• Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership
• All rights not expressly granted are reserved

9. License Termination

Your license may be terminated if:

• These terms are violated
• Marketplace rules are breached
• The theme is misused or redistributed

Upon termination, you must stop using the theme and delete all copies.

10. Limitation of Liability

• ThemeKaddora is provided “as is” without warranty.
• ThemeKaddora  is not liable for:
• Website downtime
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

11. Marketplace Precedence

These License Terms are intended to align with ThemeKaddora licenses.
In case of any conflict, marketplace license terms take precedence.

12. Changes to License Terms

ThemeKaddora reserves the right to update these License Terms at any time. Continued use of the theme constitutes acceptance of any changes.
